Tulsi Pant

Tulsi is also known as holy basil, according to Hindu methodology, she is goddess Laxmi, who brings prosperity and also it has variety of health benefits. In Hinduism, we consider her "The quine of herbs" and "Mother medicine of nature".
There are several types of Tulsi plans, each contains it's unique benefits and character, here are some example of Tulsi plant type and nature:-
1- Rama Tulsi ( the green leaf):-
This appears light green in color and in a mild aroma, tastes a little sweet and cooling like mint, and if talk about it's benefit, it supports respiratory system, boosts immunity and reduce stress, cough, cold and throat related problems and fever. commonly used for devotional practices because of it's aromatic fragrance. Best uses in daily life for tea, ayurvedic remedies and worshiping.
2- Krishna/ Shyama tulsi ( The darker one):-
This appears in color of dark green or sometimes purple, it tastes slightly spicy and sharp, strong taste than Rama Tulsi, highly anti oxidant and anti inflammatory properties Krishna Tulsi holds, and so much beneficial for respiratory issues like asthma. and they are often comes in use of ayurvedic medicines. people prays it daily because it refers to Lord Krishna.
3- Vana Tulsi (Wild forest Tulsi):-
This appears light green with larger leaf and a little woody or lemon like aroma, it believed to reduce inflammation. It mostly comes in use of medical purpose, it has the anti bacterial and anti fungal properties and an excellent adaptogen properties which relieves stress and beneficial for skin and liver health.
4- Kapoor Tulsi:-
Very aromatic and sweet smelling, compact plant and fresh fragrant it has calming and stress relieving and strong anti-microbial properties.
Best Tulsi for health:- While all type of Tulsi has it's own importance and benefits, Krishna tulsi has anti-inflammatory properties and anti-viral properties and Rama tulsi have also anti-bacterial property.
